This permanent, mid-senior level role is ideal for an experienced welding professional with strong technical skills and a commitment to quality and safety. The position plays a critical role in fabricating and assembling metal components used in major infrastructure and construction projects across the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components as per specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Set up welding equipment and select appropriate tools and materials
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards
- Carry out routine maintenance of welding equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times
- Work closely with team members to meet project timelines
- Identify welding issues and suggest process improvements
- Support and assist in training junior welders when required
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Welder in industrial or construction settings
- Strong proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid welding certification (e.g., AWS Certified Welder)
- Knowledge of welding safety standards and quality control
- Physical stamina to perform welding tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to work in outdoor and varied environmental conditions
- Valid Family Book (mandatory requirement)
