Responsibilities
As a Housekeeper, your daily responsibilities include:
- Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors.
- Dusting and cleaning furniture and fixtures.
- Vacuuming carpets, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
- Making beds, changing linens, and replacing towels and toiletries.
- Cleaning, disinfecting, and polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
- Stocking and maintaining the linen closet.
- Disinfecting elevators, operating rooms, and other designated areas.
- Handling and reporting lost and found items appropriately.
- Attending to guests’ requests for additional supplies or services.
- Assisting clients with basic hygiene and personal care when needed.
- Washing windows, walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
- Removing trash and debris to maintain a neat and hygienic environment.
- Addressing guest concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in housekeeping or cleaning is an asset, but training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Language: Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Availability: Able to work 30 to 40 hours per week on a permanent basis.
