About Us
Private Villas Puerto Rico is a small property management and vacation rental business in Aguadilla, PR. Our goal is to provide every guest with a clean, comfortable, well-presented, and memorable stay.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper to clean and prepare multiple properties in Aguadilla and Aguada. You will travel between different properties depending on the day’s checkouts and cleaning schedule.
Reliable personal transportation is required.
Duties
- Perform general and deep cleaning of vacation rental properties between guest stays.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, cabinets, doors, walls, floors, and other interior areas.
- Change bed linens and make beds according to established property standards.
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize towels and linens.
- Empty trash and properly dispose of waste.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Restock guest supplies in bathrooms, kitchens, and other designated areas.
- Follow property-specific cleaning checklists, procedures, and presentation standards.
- Inspect the property after each guest stay. Report any damages, stains, missing items, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Report and properly handle any personal belongings left behind by guests.
- Notify the supervisor when supplies or inventory are running low.
- Ensure each property is fully cleaned and guest-ready by the required check-in time.
Qualifications
- Must have reliable personal transportation and be able to travel between properties in Aguadilla and Aguada.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to complete scheduled cleanings.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and washing machines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate professionally and promptly with a supervisor.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, take stairs, and lift heavy objects if required.
