Responsibilities
As a Shuttle Driver, your main duties will include:
- Safely operating shuttle vehicles while following traffic laws and safety regulations
- Transporting guests to designated resort locations efficiently
- Assisting passengers with boarding and exiting the shuttle
- Providing friendly and professional customer service to guests
- Sharing helpful information about resort destinations and services
- Conducting routine inspections of shuttle vehicles before and after use
- Reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
- Coordinating pick-up and drop-off schedules with hotel staff
- Maintaining clear communication with guests and team members
Requirements
- Valid State Driver’s License
- Ability to provide a clean driver’s abstract
- At least two years of driving experience
- Prior customer service experience (hotel experience preferred)
- Ability to drive multiple types of vehicles
- Strong commitment to safety and responsible driving
