Responsibilities
As an English Teacher, your main duties will include:
- Conducting one-on-one and group English classes (online and in person)
- Planning and updating English courses to ensure engaging, real-world learning
- Designing and creating program curriculums for Immigration, Academic, and Business purposes
- Developing and preparing teaching materials
- Testing, evaluating, and assessing students’ English proficiency levels
- Conducting official test preparation sessions
- Supporting students with interview preparation when required
- Planning lessons according to curriculum standards and student progress reports
- Creating an inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes self-expression and leadership
- Monitoring student progress and providing individual feedback
- Building vocabulary skills for formal and informal communication
- Encouraging self-correction and independent learning
- Providing constructive feedback to build student confidence
- Performing other related duties as assigned
