Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Accounting/Management/Business Administration

Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training in accounting, budgeting, financial planning/management

Experience: One (1) year of work experience related to financial management. Involvement in social development programs/projects implemented by government projects and/or foreign-assisted projects is an advantage. Familiarity with basic office productivity tools/applications is important.

Job Functions

  1. Checks and reviews the consolidated Work and Financial Plan (WFP) of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program.
  2. Oversees and monitors fund utilization against the approved Work and Financial Plan (WFP).
  3. Evaluates and reviews budget proposals, annual performance measures (APM), and forward estimates.
  4. Checks, reviews, and certifies BOX A of the Obligation Request Status (ORS) for all 4Ps transactions.
  5. Reviews and ensures the submission of reportorial requirements of the budget area, such as:
    • Status of Allotment, Obligation, and Balances
    • Status of Fund
    • Registry of Allotment Obligation and Disbursement
    • Budget Utilization Reports
    • TE Monitoring
  6. Prepares Quarterly Narrative Accomplishment Reports.
  7. Prepares Request of Reallocation/Change of Purpose of Funds, Certification of Actual Deficiency and Sources of Funds, and Variance Analysis within the set timeline.
  8. Assists and provides technical assistance to budget staff and fund focal components.
  9. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements to Be Submitted

  2. Duly accomplished and notarized Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212) with an attached Work Experience Sheet indicating your previous work.
  3. Transcript of Records and Diploma (Certified photocopies).
  4. Certificate(s) of Trainings/Seminars attended and Employment.
  5. Certificate(s) of Board Rating/Professional License/CS Eligibility, if applicable.
  6. Certification from school for Masteral units earned or completed, if applicable.
  7. Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form – Ratings for the last semester of employment for applicants from any government agencies; or Performance Evaluation signed by the supervisor or HR Head for applicants from any private company/institution; or GMC for new graduates.
