Four Seasons Hotel Prague is in a special part of the city. The hotel overlooks views that reach from Old Town Square to Charles Bridge, the Vltava, and the tall spires of Prague Castle.
The hotel also reflects the long history of Prague. Its buildings show styles from the Baroque era, the neoclassical period, and modern times.
Four Seasons Hotel Prague has a unique location. It has three historic buildings connected to a new construction. The hotel has 157 rooms, including 19 suites.
About the Role
As a Laundry Attendant, you will help keep high standards of cleanliness, quality, and presentation throughout the hotel.
Your work will include supporting laundry operations, managing linen flow, and checking stock levels. You will also handle hotel linens with care and accuracy.
As part of the Housekeeping team, you will help create a smooth guest experience. Therefore, clean and well-maintained linens must always be ready when needed.
What You Will Do
- Receive, count, and check clean linen deliveries from external laundry providers.
- Sort, count, and prepare soiled linen for collection and processing.
- Store clean linen in the correct areas and refill floor pantries as needed.
- Maintain enough hotel linen stock for daily operations.
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently according to set procedures.
- Monitor chemicals and follow safe handling practices at all times.
- Keep the laundry area, chutes, carts, and equipment clean and organized.
- Report linen damage, stock differences, or misuse of hotel linen.
- Identify equipment problems and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Keep accurate production and inventory records.
- Assist with monthly linen inventory counts.
- Follow all fire, health, safety, and emergency procedures.
- Handle lost and found items found during laundry work according to hotel policies.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping environment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of laundry equipment, chemicals, and laundry processes.
- Understanding of workplace safety procedures and chemical handling.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment.
